Description: zlib-ng as a drop-in libz.so.1, opted into per program
 zlib-ng 2.3 built in zlib-compat mode (the zlib API and ABI, libz.so.1 with zlib's symbol
 versions) for the PS3's Cell: -mcpu=cell, with zlib-ng's run-time choice of its AltiVec (VMX)
 adler32 and slide_hash; the POWER8/POWER9 paths need VSX and are never chosen on a Cell. It is
 installed in /usr/lib/powerpc64-linux-gnu/zlib-ng, which the dynamic linker does not search, so
 Debian's zlib1g stays the zlib of every program. A game uses this one with
 LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/lib/powerpc64-linux-gnu/zlib-ng.
